What we collect
We collect account information such as name, email and profile image when users sign in with Google. The app also stores saved ads, workspace preferences, vertical votes, advertiser suggestions and product feedback with the user's account for product-improvement purposes.
Ad data
Ventana stores public ad metadata from configured sources, including advertiser name, ad text, creative media URLs, classification labels and source URLs.
How we use data
We use data to provide the product, authenticate users, maintain saved ads, classify creatives, improve ingestion quality and keep the workspace reliable.
Service providers
The product may use hosting, database, authentication and AI infrastructure providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the product.
Retention
Workspace data is retained while the workspace is active unless deletion is requested or required by law.
