Workflow

How Ventana works

001

We monitor the market.

Each vertical starts from a curated list of the advertisers that actually define the category — Personio, Deel, Rippling, Factorial, Gusto and more in HR Tech. No random scraping, no noise.

002

We classify every ad.

Tagged by objective, messaging angle, format and buyer. AI classifies each ad with evidence and confidence scoring; ambiguous cases enter a human review queue.

003

You read the market.

Filter, compare and save in the workspace — or connect Ventana to your AI assistant via MCP and ask in plain language. Spot the signal before it becomes market share.

The math

Every angle you test on LinkedIn costs four figures to learn. Your competitors already paid.

B2B CPCs run $8–15+. With 12-month payback discipline, a failed creative test isn't learning — it's CAC that never comes back. Meanwhile, the results of your competitors' tests are public: which angles they've sustained for 8 weeks, and which ones they killed in 5 days. Most teams assign a human to check manually — one advertiser at a time, in a free library that wasn't built for it:

LIMITATION 01

No category view

Search one advertiser at a time. No industry filters, no side-by-side, no way to see a market.

LIMITATION 02

A 12-month memory

Ads disappear 12 months after their last impression. The evidence of what worked gets erased.

LIMITATION 03

No classification

Raw creatives with zero context: no objective, no angle, no format, no buyer.

LIMITATION 04

No alerts, no API

Checking 20 competitors means 20 manual searches. Every week. Forever.

Ventana keeps the archive permanently, adds the taxonomy the native library never will, and watches your category so you don't have to. Your testing pipeline starts where theirs ended.

The product, in one ad

This is what a classified ad looks like.

Generic ad-spy tools tag this “Facts and Stats”. Ventana tells you who it targets, what it promises, what proof it uses — and how hard the advertiser is betting on it.

This is our largest influencer push yet. What we're looking for: * 15k followers minimum * Business owner or tech creator * Based in Europe or North America Comment below and we'll be in touch.

Conviction signals

Days live. Versions. Markets. We never guess “winning ads”. We show sustained investment: how long an ad runs, how many variants it spawns, and where it gets replicated.

IN-HOUSE · DEMAND GEN & CREATIVE

You're asked to ship dozens of variations weekly.

Someone on your team is already “watching the landscape” by hand. Ventana does it continuously: every angle your competitors sustained — and the ones they quietly killed — classified and filterable. Start from evidence, not from a blank brief.

Personio (ES, last 90 days): 11 ads — compliance risk (5), time-tracking law (3), ROI (2), hiring speed (1).

Factorial responds with product-breadth (6) and pricing (4). Whitespace: neither is running social-proof ads in Spanish.

FAQ

Questions, answered directly

What is Ventana?

Ventana is a B2B SaaS ad library: it archives and classifies the LinkedIn ads of the companies that define a software category, starting with HR Tech. Every ad is tagged by objective, messaging angle, format and buyer, with confidence scoring and human review for ambiguous cases. A free Google account includes the latest ads.

How is Ventana different from the LinkedIn Ad Library?

The native library shows one advertiser at a time, has no industry filters, no classification, no alerts, and deletes ads 12 months after their last impression. Ventana shows the whole category, classifies every ad, keeps a permanent archive and sends a weekly change report.

Where do the ads come from?

From the public LinkedIn Ad Library, via curated lists of advertisers per vertical — currently covering leading HR Tech companies including Deel, Rippling, Personio, Factorial, Remote and Gusto. The dataset updates continuously and captured ads remain in Ventana's archive.

What does “classified” mean exactly?

Every ad is tagged with a B2B-native taxonomy: objective, messaging angle, format, target buyer and proof used. AI proposes evidence-backed tags; low-confidence cases are held for human review.

Is Ventana really free?

Yes. Ventana Free includes the 30 latest ads in Discover and Inspire me, with search, filters and ad details. Ventana Pro unlocks the complete archive, saving, boards, Brand Tracker and MCP. Pro starts with a 7-day trial and then costs €49 per month on the Founding offer.

Can I use Ventana with Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Ventana ships an MCP server, so you can connect the library to Claude or ChatGPT and ask questions such as “which angles is Deel testing in Germany?” Answers come from the classified dataset, with links back to the ads.

HR Tech · latest weekly brief · Aug 31, 2026
The market is expanding, but almost entirely on global campaignsVentana counted 6,144 classified ads in circulation during the seven-day window; 5,907 were active at the snapshot. Static image still dominates at 67.4%, pain point is the leading angle at 32.2%, and AI appears in 21.6% of ads. But 94.3% carry a Global classification, while Spain accounts for just 13 ads. Localization remains whitespace, although Global can also reflect broad or incomplete targeting.UKG floods the funnel, then asks whether AI is paying backUKG launched 235 ads and stopped only 9, the largest expansion among 19 tracked brands. One fresh carousel crystallizes the move: an AI lead magnet built around the gap between adoption and measurable ROI. This is an aggressive top-of-funnel expansion signal; it does not establish that the ads are winning.Gusto is buying growth with a blunt payroll offerGusto launched 163 ads without a recorded stop and now has 441 active ads. Payroll & finance appears in 73% of its seven-day account and pain-point messaging in 46.7%. A new promotion offering 60% off for three months turns that positioning into a direct conversion play. The pattern suggests confidence in a simple payroll proposition, not proven performance.Deel is rotating hard around hyperscale deploymentDeel launched 45 ads and stopped 144. Its recent mix concentrates on pain points (36.7%), compliance (31.4%) and payroll & finance (38.8%). Two near-identical offers for hyperscale job sites ran for only one to two days, moving from compliance to cost and speed. That is evidence of rapid creative testing; the short runs do not reveal which version performed better.
